Cancellation Policy

COURSE CANCELLATION, REFUND & MAKEUP POLICY Good Paws group courses reserve a limited seat for the full program. • Cancel at least 7 calendar days before the first scheduled class: eligible for a full refund of course tuition or a transfer to a future equivalent cohort, subject to availability. • Cancel fewer than 7 days before the first class, fail to attend, or withdraw after the course begins: course tuition is nonrefundable. If an emergency prevents participation, contact Good Paws; any exception or transfer is case-by-case and is not guaranteed. • Missed individual classes: no prorated refund and no guaranteed private makeup lesson. Continue with the released online lesson and home-practice material. If an equivalent Good Paws group session is available, has space, and is appropriate for the team, a courtesy makeup may be offered at Good Paws' discretion. • If Good Paws cancels a session, we will normally reschedule it. If a canceled session cannot reasonably be replaced, Good Paws will provide an appropriate prorated credit or refund. If Good Paws cancels the full course before it begins, paid course tuition will be refunded. • Weather, safety, or venue changes may require relocation or rescheduling. A reasonably replaced session does not by itself create a refund. • Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method where practical; payment-provider processing times may vary. • Tuition-free participants have the same attendance and cancellation expectations, but there is no cash refund for zero-dollar tuition.
