1. Enrollment & Liability

All participants must complete the official enrollment form and sign the liability waiver prior to the start of any training session. By participating in Good Paws Dog Training programs, owners assume full responsibility for any injury or damage caused by their dogs. Proof of current vaccinations, including Rabies, Distemper, and Parvovirus, is required for all dogs over 16 weeks of age.

2. Class Attendance & Conduct

Consistency is key to successful training. We request that owners arrive 5 minutes early to allow their dogs to settle. Disruptive behavior, including excessive barking or aggressive posturing, may result in the dog being moved to a separate visual area or asked to join a private session. Harsh physical corrections are strictly prohibited in our positive-reinforcement environment.

3. Safety & Equipment

Appropriate gear ensures a safe learning environment for everyone. Please adhere to the following equipment guidelines:

Standard 4-6ft flat leash (no retractable leashes)
Front-clip harness or flat collar
High-value treats and a treat pouch
Water bowl and clean-up bags

4. Professional Referrals

If a dog displays complex behavioral issues beyond the scope of our group classes, such as severe separation anxiety or redirected aggression, Good Paws reserves the right to refer the owner to a veterinary behaviorist or certified applied animal behaviorist. Our primary goal is the safety and well-being of the dog and the community.

5. Monthly Giveaway Rules

Sponsored by Good Paws Dog Training LLC, Savannah, Georgia. No purchase is necessary. The giveaway is open to Georgia residents age 18 or older who can attend an in-person private lesson in the Savannah area. Good Paws employees and members of their households are not eligible.

Limit one entry per person per calendar month. Each monthly entry period begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of the month. One winner will be selected at random from eligible entries within seven days after the month ends and notified using the email address or phone number provided. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

The prize is one 60-minute private dog-training lesson with an approximate retail value of $100. The prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is subject to scheduling availability, vaccination and safety requirements, and Good Paws' determination that the service is appropriate for the dog.

Marketing consent is optional. Agreeing to receive promotional email does not affect eligibility or the odds of winning, and consent may be withdrawn at any time using the unsubscribe link. Void where prohibited. Good Paws may reject duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or abusive entries and may modify, suspend, or end the giveaway when reasonably necessary to protect its integrity or comply with law.
